Application to Fintech Inn Expo Zone

We are inviting fintech companies and associations to be a part of Virtual Expo Zone at Global Virtual Conference Fintech Inn 2021, which will take place on 29-30 of September 2021. For your convenience, potential exhibitors should complete the form below. This will save you considerable time and allow us to fast-track your admittance into the expo. 

For the virtual expo zone, we are offering the following features: 

  • Live chat;
  • Video call;
  • Possibility to download the company's brochure;
  • Upload company's logo;
  • Upload standard video format;
  • Upload company's web links – provide weblinks for easy access and connection from the audience;
  • Possibility to choose from 3 different booth design templates;
  • Possibility to add up to 5 Avatars to your booth (for Live chats) – full body picture of your booth representatives.

Please note: The event is organised by FinTech LT, a governmental project of Lithuania, together with key players of Lithuanian fintech ecosystem. Intending to foster the fintech ecosystem, we provide free exhibition space to up to 30 fintech companies and associations. Applications will be prioritised by the novelty, the uniqueness of the company. The additional points will be given for the participation at hackathons and for other awards. Only fintech companies and associations will be considered. The deadline for companies' application submission is on the 13 of September. 

Participation at the exhibition is free of charge for 30 booths. Seeing that, we already received a number of applications we partnered up with Onvent platform providers for a possibility to add paid stands. If you would like to be concidered for a paid booth, please click on „interested in paid booth“ button in the application form. 
Price for 2 days is 150 Eur (all taxes included). All communication and payments will be done through platform manager directly.
The evaluation will be made by a competitive committee composed of representatives from shareholders institutions. We seek to ensure fairness therefore a fair amount of exhibition spaces will be provided for each category: online investment & P2P, payments & remittance, RegTech & identity, InsurTech, financial software, POS, digital banking, blockchain & digital assets, lending, cybersecurity and associations & hubs. 

Selection criteria: 

  • The novelty of the company; 
  • The uniqueness of the product;
  • The additional points for the participation in hackathons, other fintech-related awards.

  • Terms & Conditions:

    1. Selection of exhibitors will be based on the event requirements and the ability to offer an innovative and unique fintech product or/and service. Companies which previously participated at hackathons and holds fintech-related awards will be given higher priority. 

    2. The Organizer reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse any exhibitor application. 

    3. The Organizer offers the basic package (free of charge): virtual exhibition space, a virtual stand with logo, opportunity to add the company's video and brochure and sell their products via live chat. Additional features and extras can be booked separately and will be at the expense of the exhibitor.

    4. Exhibitors will be notified if they have been selected no later than the 15 of September. Once approved, you will get a confirmation email. 

    5. Information and details regarding the exhibition will be provided to each exhibitor after a confirmation mail.  

    6. Agency for Science, Innovation and Technology (hereinafter referred to as MITA) manages the data you submit to register for the Global Virtual Conference "Fintech Week Lithuania" in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy Policy. The legal basis of data processing is performance of a task carried out in the public interest. 

    8. The event will be broadcasted. Please be aware that you might be seen on the event's photos or videos and these photos and / or videos might be made public (for example, posted on the MITA's social media account, on the MITA's website, media portals, other media outlets, etc.). The publicity of video data of the event visitors is related to the publicity of the event.
